Francisca Nyamekye Karikari
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Mrs. Francisca Nyamekye Karikari is the Chief Executive Officer of LIBRO as well as a member of the Board of Directors and head of the management team.
She is a trailblazer in Insurance, Risk Management, Corporate Finance and Women
Empowerment and stands as a paragon of
excellence, resilience, and innovation in Ghana's financial and insurance sectors. With
over three decades of hands-on experience in insurance, risk management, financial
services, and corporate leadership, she has not only risen to the apex of her industry
but has also remained a tireless advocate for women empowerment, leadership
development, and inclusive economic growth.
She holds two Master of Science degrees, one in Insurance and Risk Management from City University (City St George's, University of London), and the other in Financial Services Management from London Guildhall University (now London Metropolitan University). She is also a Chartered Insurer, having attained the prestigious designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK, in 2004. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana. In pursuit of further academic and professional enrichment, she holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Nobel International Business School (NIBS) University/IPAG Business School. These academic credentials have underpinned her success in the insurance and risk management landscape, allowing her to apply evidence-based, best-practice frameworks in every leadership role she has held.
Dr. Mrs. Francisca Nyamekye Karikari has been recognized with many awards for her distinguished contributions to the economy. On 12th March 2021 she was honored as the Baroness of the Corporate space in the financial Sector in Ghana. She is a recipient of the prestigious Nobles International Award by the West Africa Nobles Forum. She was also rewarded by The Global Women Inventors & Innovators Network (GWIIN) based in the UK, in collaboration with Ghana’s Ministry of Women and Children's Affairs. She was awarded the Gold Quality Award of Excellence for Women Empowerment in Ghana at the 5th Fashion & Life International Conference and Achievements Awards.

With extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning, Mrs. Ruth K. Sarkodie-Mensah is a results-driven data professional with a global perspective. Having worked across diverse industries in both Ghana and the United Kingdom, Ruth excels in extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets to drive strategic business decisions.
Her expertise spans consumer insights, stakeholder collaboration, and business process modelling, combined with advanced technical proficiency. She specializes in crafting interactive dashboards and reports that enhance data-driven decision-making while maintaining a strong commitment to data governance and business ethics.
Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at GloryGate Capital in Ghana, Ruth applies her analytical skills to financial forecasting, efficiency optimization, and anti-money laundering initiatives. Prior to this, she made a significant impact as a Business Intelligence Analyst at SAGA PLC, UK, where she led projects streamlining customer data and improving strategic insights. Her tenure at Vodafone Ghana further solidified her skills in reporting, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Blessing Siaw-Wiafe
Accounts and Compliance Manager
Blessing is the Accounts and Compliance Manager of Glorygate Capital Limited. She is a result driven individual with strong accounting and financial skills. Blessing has a personality that promotes the development of a good rapport with clients since customer satisfaction is one of our core values as a company.
She studied BSC. Business Administration (Accounting Option) at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon and had her Master’s Degree in the same school. Blessing is licensed by the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Fund Manager’s Representative.
Prior to working with Glorygate, Blessing has had series of internships and experience with Pannel Kerr Foster, Prime Insurance Company, Water Resources Commission among others. Also, Blessing is an avid professional photographer and drone pilot. Currently, Blessing’s role at Glorygate Capital is to ensure proper book keeping records, financial management, and compliance reporting.

In his current role as Investment Analyst, Accounts and Compliance Officer, and AMLRO at Glorygate Capital Limited, Hillary has played a pivotal role in enhancing regulatory compliance frameworks, conducting in-depth risk assessments, and producing insightful investment reports to guide client decisions.
His dual role as Executive Assistant to the CEO further demonstrates his ability to operate at a strategic level—facilitating high-level communications, managing stakeholder engagements, and supporting corporate governance processes.
